AI Usage Policy
This policy explains the responsibilities and restrictions that apply when users generate or transform content through MAIDAN’s AI systems.
Nature of AI outputs
The platform uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate, transform, or enhance content. Outputs may contain inaccuracies, distortions, hallucinations, inconsistencies, or similarities to other results.
The company does not guarantee that outputs are legally safe, factually accurate, non-infringing, unique, or fit for a specific purpose.
User review obligation
Users must independently review and clear every generated output before publishing, distributing, selling, or otherwise relying on it in advertising, branding, commercial, or public contexts.
Prohibited AI misuse
- Creating unauthorized deepfakes or synthetic impersonations of real people.
- Fabricating endorsements, campaigns, statements, identities, evidence, records, or official documents.
- Generating unlawful, exploitative, hateful, deceptive, or reputationally harmful content.
- Creating misleading public-interest, political, financial, or documentary materials.
- Using outputs or platform systems to train or improve competing AI systems without written authorization.
Disclosure and compliance
Where disclosure is required by law, platform policy, industry rules, or fair dealing principles, the user is solely responsible for making proper disclosures regarding AI-generated or synthetic media.
Enforcement
The company may suspend access, block accounts or payment methods, remove or disable content, preserve records, and report misuse to competent authorities where appropriate.
