Model Release Agreement
This agreement confirms the user’s responsibility to obtain valid permissions for any identifiable person shown in uploaded materials.
User grant and authorization
By creating an account, uploading images, or using the platform, the user authorizes MAIDAN to process, transform, and generate visual content using images, faces, likenesses, and other materials supplied by the user for the purpose of delivering the requested services.
User warranties
The user represents and warrants that the user has obtained all necessary legal rights, permissions, releases, and consents from every identifiable individual appearing in uploaded materials, including any consent required for AI processing, commercial usage, publication, and derivative transformations.
Use of generated outputs
Generated outputs may be used for personal or commercial purposes within the scope permitted by the user’s plan and the platform’s legal framework, but the user remains solely responsible for the legality of the underlying source materials and downstream deployment.
Allocation of responsibility
Maidan, Sweven Company, and Ting Establishment are not responsible for claims arising from the user’s unauthorized upload or use of images, likenesses, or personal identities. Continued platform use confirms this release and authorization.
