The company is not liable for loss caused by account compromise resulting from a user’s failure to protect access credentials or connected systems.

05

All rights, title, and interest in the platform remain the exclusive property of Ting Establishment and Sweven Company. This includes software, interface design, automation systems, AI pipelines, prompt engineering structures, workflows, databases, transformation methods, and internal logic.

06

Service changes, suspension, and termination

The company may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue services at any time. Accounts may be suspended or terminated immediately where the user breaches this framework, engages in unlawful conduct, attempts unauthorized access, misuses real-person likenesses, scrapes data, or exposes the platform to legal or operational risk.

Where liability cannot be excluded, the aggregate liability of the company shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the user in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
